Joern Tobias, Vice President, Business Unit Head - Agent Fund Trading and Collateral Services, STATE STREET

Joern has 17 years of experience in banking, asset management and financial services and has been with State Street since 2000. Joern held managing positions in various European countries within the project management, internal consulting and operations area. Prior to assuming responsibility for Collateral Services EMEA and Agent Fund Trading Europe at the beginning of 2008, he was part of the senior management team of State Street France and played a key role in the migration of middle and back office services of a large French asset manager being exposed to all facets of the business. Since the beginning of 2012 Joern took on an additional global role to lead the further development of the operational strategy for Collateral Services at State Street.  Joern holds a Master degree in Business Administration from University of Cologne, Germany and a CEMS Master in International Management, a supranational business degree, granted by a strategic alliance of leading business schools and multinational companies.

Joseph Streeter, Vice President and Global Product Manager, Collateral Services, STATE STREET

Joseph is a Vice President at State Street Corporation and is the Global Product Manager of Collateral Services within State Street Global Services.  A skilled program and project manager with 12 years of experience in technology and operations divisions at global investment banks, Joseph began his career at Citigroup as a programmer analyst in the securities services technology division.  Joseph's next endeavor at Citigroup was as a business analyst in the derivatives margin operations department where he eventually became the section manager for day to day operations and project management.

After Citigroup, Joseph was a collateral management project manager at HSBC where he managed several strategic initiatives for the business and technology.  After HSBC, Joseph moved on to become a managing consultant at IBM Global Business Services in the financial services supply chain management group.  As a consultant, Joseph was an integral part of many strategic, future state projects in a multitude of areas within global banks and broker / dealers.  After IBM, Joseph joined Jefferies and Company as the Senior Vice President of treasury collateral management and fixed income derivatives settlements.

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Hofstra University.

Frank Habets, Assistant Vice President and Business Analyst, STATE STREET

Frank Habets is Assistent Vice President at State Street GmbH Germany and is responsible for projects and client migrations for Collateral Services EMEA. Frank holds a Master degree in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and joined State Street early 2008. He started as product administrator and changed into a Business Analyst role in the Collateral Services Team in 2008. Frank has a broad experience in the derivatives and collateral area and migrated over 30 clients to State Streets Collateral Management platform. In 2009 he became the manager of the projects and migrations team in EMEA which is currently focused on the implementation of Collateral Services for OTC and CCP products.
